From early childhood, cooking was Lucas' passion. After working for some of the best restaurateurs in the country, Lucas decided to take the plunge. 1983 Restaurants was born out of Lucas' passion for restaurants with a single goal in mind, to create an amazing and creative dining experience by doing everything the right way.
